COOKEVILLE – A Celina man was indicted Tuesday and accused of having inappropriate sexual contact with a minor.

Tennessee Bureau of Investigation special agents started an investigation July 13 on Scott Brown, 27. During the investigation, they discovered in the span of more than a year, Brown had several sexual encounters with a teenage girl.
