Castle Heights crash sends two to hospital

A crash on Castle Heights Ave in Lebanon sent two men to Vanderbilt Medical Center on Saturday afternoon. 

The driver, a 27-year-old male, hit a concrete curb, lost control of the vehicle and struck a utility pole, according to Lebanon police. The driver was cut out of the vehicle and taken by LifeFlight to Vanderbilt Medical Center. The passenger, a male believed to be in his 50s, was taken by ambulance to Vanderbilt Medical Center to be treated for head trauma.

Investigation on the incident was ongoing Saturday afternoon.
