Wilson County sheriff’s detectives ruled the death of a Native American man whose body was found in a yard Monday as accidental and do not suspect foul play.

“At this point and time, it appears that the death appears to be accidental. The investigation is ongoing to see if there were any underlying factors that could have contributed, but at this time we don't suspect that there was any foul play involved,” said Wilson County sheriff’s Lt. Scott Moore.

Wilson County sheriff’s detectives and Wilson County Emergency Management Agency personnel found the body in a yard on Logue Road. Deputies responded to the scene and found the body of a man laying in a yard.
