Lebanon woman charged with statutory rape

A Lebanon woman was arrested and charged with four counts of aggravated statutory rape in Gallatin this week, according to Sumner County circuit court records.

Rayna Slaughenhoupt, 30, is accused of having sexual contact with a 17-year-old coworker at a Goodwill store in Gallatin in August, according to court documents.

Slaughenhoupt was booked in Sumner County Jail on Sept. 14 with $25,000 bond. She posted bail Sept. 16.

Slaughenhoupt was scheduled to be in Sumner County criminal court Oct. 5, but a continuance was granted, and her next scheduled court date is Nov. 16. at 9 a.m.
