Cancer survivors are invited Saturday to attend the annual Wilson County Relay for Life Survivors’ Brunch to celebrate bravery, courage and strength.

Relay for Life is a fundraiser for the American Cancer Society. The event includes a survivors’ brunch in honor of cancer survivors at 10 a.m. at College Hills Church of Christ. It is a free event for survivors, their families and friends.

Since 1996, Relay for Life of Wilson County has raised about $1.6 million for the American Cancer Society. The ACS provides millions of dollars to help fund treatment-altering cancer research in Middle Tennessee each year, and also provides assistance programs for local cancer patients.

To learn more about ACS or to get help, call 800-227-2345 or visit cancer.org.

To reserve seats, RSVP to [email protected] or pick up a paper copy at the College Hills Church of Christ information depot.
