The Lebanon City Council will hold a special called meeting Tuesday at 5 p.m. at Town Hall to approve a few items.

The council will look to approve an addendum to a lease agreement of a corporate aircraft hangar in Lot 2 of the corporate row of the Lebanon Municipal Airport following the death of William R. Sattler.

The addendum, if council approves, would change the name on the lease to W.R. Sattler Family Trust from William R. Sattler.

The council will also look to approve a land lease agreement with PapaG and Steve Kovach for Lot 8 of corporate row at the Lebanon Municipal Airport.

Under the agreement, Kovach will lease the lot for $1,169.88 annually on a 40-year lease with the option to extend for an additional 10-year period.

Kovach will pay the first annual rent on or before June 2017 and before June in each succeeding year.

The council will also discuss budget amendments for repairs to a street department bucket truck.
