Floors at the Wilson County Emergency Agency’s station 9 on Rutledge Lane flooded Tuesday afternoon when a pipe burst.

According to director Joey Cooper, a water pipe feeding the sprinkler system burst and flooded the station floors while the crew was out on a call. The Wilson County maintenance department was notified and worked to fix the pipe.

Cooper said they had to temporarily move personnel and equipment around to other stations to accommodate calls.
