Two men charged in the 2015 shooting death of 13-year-old C’Asia Patton had their court dates reset this week.

Timothy L. Wade Jr. and Bailey Alexander Underwood were both scheduled for arraignment Tuesday morning, and both suspects were rescheduled to appear in Wilson County criminal court later this month.

Wade is scheduled to appear March 13 before Judge Brody Kane, while Underwood is scheduled to appear March 27 before Judge John Wootten.

Wade, 25, faces two counts of first-degree murder, one count of attempted first-degree murder and four counts of aggravated assault. Underwood, 20, faces charges of tampering with evidence and accessory after the fact.

In addition to Wade and Underwood, two other men were charged in the case. Marvin Andre Bryant, 20, was charged with two counts of first-degree murder, four counts of aggravated assault and one count of criminal attempt to commit murder. He was previously arrested without incident as he walked into a courtroom for a hearing in an unrelated incident. Bryant pleaded not guilty to the charges in February.

Joseph Hendry, 21, pleaded not guilty to multiple charges of murder and assault, as well. He was arrested in 2015.

Hendry is next scheduled to appear in court Monday, while Bryant is scheduled to appear in court March 13.

Patton died of a single gunshot wound she received while sleeping during a drive-by shooting in January 2015 at her grandmother’s home in Lebanon.
