Suspects charged in the 2015 shooting death of 13-year-old C’Asia Patton are scheduled to appear in Wilson County criminal court in the coming weeks, according to court records.

Three suspects have been arrested in the past few weeks for their alleged involvement in the incident, in addition to Joseph Hendry, who was arrested in 2015. Marvin Andre Bryant, Timothy Lorenzo Wade and Bailey Alexander Underwood were also charged for suspected involvement in the incident.

Hendry, 21, pleaded not guilty to multiple charges of murder and assault, as well as one charge of criminal attempt to commit murder. A trial for Hendry was scheduled to begin in January, but was rescheduled. Hendry is scheduled to appear in court March 6 at 8:30 a.m.

Bryant, 20, was arrested earlier this month and charged with two counts of first-degree murder, four counts of aggravated assault and one count of criminal attempt to commit murder. He was arrested without incident as he walked into a courtroom for a hearing in an unrelated incident.

Bryant pleaded not guilty to the charges earlier this week, according to court records. He is scheduled to appear in court again March 13.

Lebanon police announced the arrests of Wade and Underwood last week. Wade, 25, was charged with first-degree murder, premeditated first-degree murder and aggravated assault. Underwood, 20, was charged with accessory after the fact and tampering with evidence.

Wade and Underwood are both scheduled to appear in Wilson County criminal court Feb. 28 for a plea hearing.

Hendry has been held at Riverbend Maximum Security Institution in Nashville without bond. Bryant, Wade and Underwood have been held at Wilson County Jail.

Lebanon police previously stated that the investigation is ongoing and other arrests and charges could be pending.
