A plea hearing for Larry Gilliland, a Lebanon man charged with rape of a child younger than 13, was moved to Nov. 21.

In September, Gilliland’s case was set to go to jury trial, but shortly before the trial was to start, Gilliland and prosecutors came to an agreement.

Terms of the settlement were to be announced in a hearing in Wilson County criminal court Oct. 7, but that date was moved. They will be announced Nov. 21.

Gilliland, 66, was arrested in December 2013 after being indicted by a Wilson County grand jury.
