PUBLIC HEARING A Public Hearing will be held on Thursday, Sept. 6th, 2012 in the County Commission Chambers, 2nd floor of the Wilson County Courthouse, 228 E. Main St., Lebanon, Tennessee at 5:00 p.m. or thereafter. The purpose of this public hearing is for members of the Wilson County Growth Coordinating Committee to hear comments on the proposed growth plan as developed by the growth committee 's process, specifically that of the Coordinating Committee 's recommended modification to the City of Lebanon 's northern Growth Boundary which was recommended at their meeting on August 6, 2012. Anyone desiring to comment is requested to attend this important public hearing.
INVITATION TO BID The City of Lebanon is accepting sealed bids for the purchase of Refuse Carts for the Lebanon Sanitation Department. Bid forms and specifications may be obtained from the office of the Purchasing Agent, 200 N. Castle Heights Avenue, Lebanon, TN 37087. GRAND JURY NOTICE It is the duty of your Grand Jurors to investigate any public offense which they know or have reason to believe had been committed and which is triable or indictable in this county. PUBLIC NOTICE In reference to Ordinance No. 12-4200, notice is hereby given that the Mayor and City Council of the City of Lebanon, Tennessee, will hold a public hearing at 5:55 PM on Septemer 4 in the Council Chambers for the purpose of discussing and hearing comments from the citizens on the proposed modification of the future land use plan and rezoning for 8 acres of land located at South Hartmann Drive.
