Lebanon’s recycling pilot program received some creative marketing Sunday with the installment of plastic bottle lettering in the fence at the wastewater treatment plant.
Baines said Wednesday the council would receive a report on the program next week, although action isn’t guaranteed, as the program is not an agenda item.
The Lebanon City Council discussed in a work session Monday evening whether the city should expand its pilot recycle pickup program.
Lebanon officials encouraged residents to take advantage of a pilot recycling program that started last year and said they believe it could have big payoffs for the city.
Sanitation trucks rolled out once again Monday to resume recycling pickups after the schedule for the pilot program changed in January.
