Donald W. Bigley
Services for Mr. Bigley will be 2 p.m. Monday, Aug. 6, at West Harpeth Funeral Home. Interment in Joelton Hills Memory Gardens. Visitation will be 2-8 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 5 and noon until the service on Monday at the funeral home.
Mr. Bigley, 73, died Thursday, Aug. 2, 2012, at his home in Lebanon.
He was preceded in death by: parents, Thomas and Florence Bigley; and brother, Tommy Bigley.
Survivors include: wife, Ruth Nadeane Mathis Bigley; son, Al (Allyson) Bigley; grandson, Dolan Bigley; stepdaughters, Melba (Thomas) McKay and Carla (Ben) Simmons; step-grandchildren, Jason and Tony Paul, Justin Miles, Christopher and Jeffrey Shepherd and Shelley Neeley; 16 great-grandchildren; sister, Mary Ann (Sam) Wycoff; and several extended family.
Hugh Don Estes
Services for Mr. Estes will be 2 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 5, at Hunter Funeral Home in Watertown. Visitation will be 10 a.m. until the service on Sunday at the funeral home.
Mr. Estes, 37, of Sparta and formerly of Watertown, died Thursday, Aug. 2, 2012 at his home. He was born in March of 1975 in DeKalb Co., was a logger and a graduate of Watertown High School.
He was preceded in death by: father, Wilburn Estes; and brothers, Daniel and Douglas Estes.
Survivors include: mother, Margaret Lack of Sparta; sisters, April Estes of Elmwood and Christina Barrett of Sparta; brothers, J.R. Estes of Brush Creek, Timothy Lynn Estes of Alexandria and Christopher Estes of Statesville; and nieces, Faith, Emily and Kristian Crowson of Elmwood.
Nellie Murphy Sanders
Services for Mrs. Sanders will be 2 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 5, at Ligon & Bobo Funeral Home with Bro. Mike Shelby officiating. Interment in Poplar Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be 2-6 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 4 and 1 p.m. until the service on Sunday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Sanders, 78, of Lebanon, died Thursday, Aug. 2, 2012 at University Medical Center. She was born in Jan. of 1934 in Wilson Co. She worked at Texas Boot until it closed and then went to work at Castle Heights Elementary in the cafeteria where she still worked.
She was preceded in death by: husband of 43 years, Loyd Wilson 'Jake' Sanders; sister, Mae Cox; and brothers, Fred, James and Glenn Murphy.
Survivors include: daughter and son-in-law, Shelia and Eddie Brown; granddaughters, Kendra Noel Brown and Rebecca Renee Brown, all of Lebanon; and sister, Mary Perez of Oliver Springs.
