Louis Draper

Services for Mr. Draper will be 11 a.m. Monday, June 25 at Ligon & Bobo Funeral Home with Bro. Donald Owens and Bro. James Corley officiating. Interment will follow at Forest Lawn Memorial Gardens in Goodlettsville. Visitation will be Monday, from 9 a.m. until service time at Ligon & Bobo.

Mr. Draper, 85, of Lebanon, died Friday, June 22, 2012 at Summit Medical Center in Hermitage. A Navy Veteran of World War II, he was a lifelong farmer and a member of Laguardo Baptist Church. He loved farming and playing with his great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Boss and Clester Minchey Draper; sister, Evelyn Wheeler; brother, Charles Draper and a great-granddaughter, Baylee Rae Dunnam.

Survivors include: wife of 54 years, Joyce House Draper; two children, Jimmy Draper and Donna (Larry) Odum; grandchildren, Kelly (Steven) Reece, Amanda (Rodney) Dunnam, Louis Kyle Draper and Karlie Odum; three great-grandchildren, Lily and Hattie Reece and Haven Dunham.

Honorary pallbearers will be Billy Jack, Alice Tubbs, Janette Tatum, Rufus and Pauline Harper and Dorothy Jenkins.

Active pallbearers will be Jimmy Draper, Kyle Draper, Larry Odum, Steven Reece, Rodney Dunnam and Rooster Green.

Services for Mr. Foster will be 1 p.m. Monday, June 25 at Ligon & Bobo Funeral Home with Eld. Buster Drennon officiating. Interment will follow at the Cedar Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be Monday, from 11 a.m. until service time at Ligon & Bobo.

Mr. Foster, 81, of Lebanon, died Friday, June 22, 2012 at his home. He was a retired truck driver and a Baptist.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Bob Foster and Sylvania Honeycutt Foster Stephens; son, Larry Foster; stepfather, Herb Stephens; brother Harold Foster.

Survivors include: wife of over 61 years, Dovie Sams Foster; children, Allen (Lydia) Foster, Leslie Foster, Carolyn (Wayne) Hale, Marty Foster, Shelia Foster, Daniel (Lucy) Foster; daughter-in-law, Annie Foster; sister, Lillian Phillips; grandchildren, Tina Pahrman, Cindy Brownlee, Bobby Foster, Kendra Maddox, Jackie Pahrman, Rebecca Marks, Shane Foster and Jackie Foster; numerous nieces and nephews.

Pallbearers will be Allen, Leslie, Marty and Daniel Foster, Keith Maddox and Elvis Huff.

Ed Lockett

Services for Mr. Lockett will be 2 p.m. Tuesday, June 26 in the Chapel of Andrew Price Memorial United Methodist Church with the Rev. Melisa Derseweh and Rev. Denman Frazer officiating. Interment will follow at the Hermitage Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be at the Hibbett & Hailey Funeral Home on 429 Donelson Pike in Donelson on Monday, from 4 to 7 p.m. and on Tuesday at the church after 1 p.m.

Mr. Lockett, 83, died Thursday, June 21, 2012 at Summit Medical Center in Hermitage. He was a graduate of Castle Heights Military Academy, Vanderbilt University (Peabody College) and Indiana Institute of Technology. He was a U.S. Army veteran and a member of Andrew Price Memorial United Methodist Church. He was a Professional Engineer retiring from the U.S. Army Corp of Engineers with 42 years of service. He was also a member of the American Society of Engineers, National Active and Retired Federal Employees, McWhirtersville Lodge #375 F&AM, Buchanan Chapter of the Order of the Eastern Star and the Elks Lodge #72.

He was preceded in death by his parents; and wife of 52 years, Maxine Grubb Lockett on April 17, 2007.

Survivors include: daughter, Lezlie S. Lockett of Nashville.

Memorials may be made to the American Heart Association or Alzheimer's Association.
