Barbara Ann Creasy

Services for Mrs. Creasy will be 10 a.m. Monday, June 4, at Bond Memorial Chapel in Mt. Juliet with Bro. Bobby Devine officiating. Interment will be in Mt. Juliet Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 2-4 p.m. Sunday, June 3 at the funeral home.

Mrs. Creasy, 62, of Mt. Juliet, died Thursday, May 31, 2012. She was a member of Bakers Grove Baptist Church and was retired from the State of Tennessee, Department of Vital Records.

She was preceded in death by: parents, Russell and Annie Mae Christy Brown; and sister, Doye Fay Perry.

Survivors include: husband, Joel Creasy; son, Steve (Sonya) Creasy; daughter, Sharron (Chris) King; grandchildren, Hunter and Logan Sneed, Joshua Pack, Zachary, Teylor, T.J. and Joel Creasy and Braden Costley; and sisters at heart, Maxine Gifford, Pearl Parsons and Betty Smith.
