Mt. Juliet police report vehicle theft

MT. JULIET – Police reported a vehicle theft Monday morning from a driveway on Cairns Drive East in the Willoughby Station neighborhood.

Police said the suspect broke a window on the vehicle to gain entry sometime between midnight and 2 a.m. A vehicle description was not released. A purse was also reported stolen but was later recivered by a neighbor.

Mt. Juliet police are asking residents for help in reporting suspicious behavior. Police can be reached at 311 for non-emergencies and 911 for emergencies or crimes in progress.
