Michael named MJCA tennis coach

MT. JULIET — Longtime Mt. Juliet Christian English teacher Becky Michael is adding tennis coach to her duties at the school.

She replaces Jeremy Clendenning, who has moved to Pennsylvania.

Michael played four years of tennis at Winterhaven [Fla.] High School. She has a BA from Warner Southern University and a masters from Trevecca Nazarene. She is working on her doctorate.

"We are very excited to have Coach Michael on our coaching staff," Mt. Juliet Christian athletic director Paul Christensen said. "We believe that she will bring the same excellence to her coaching as she does in her teaching."
