City to consider tax break for 'Project Zinc'

The Lebanon City Council will meet Tuesday for a regular council meeting to be preceded by a public hearing about rezoning part of a property at 508 North Cumberland St. from residential to business.

Once the meeting begins, the council will consider a resolution to enter into a partnership with Wilson County for the purpose of offering and approving a payment in lieu of taxes program for Project Zinc.
