Sadie Mai Joines Davis

Services for Mrs. Davis will be 10 a.m. Friday, Sept. 28 at Ligon & Bobo Funeral Home. Interment will be in Jones Hill Cemetery. Visitation will be 2-8 p.m. Thursday at the funeral home.

Mrs. Davis, 74, of Lebanon, died Tuesday, Sept. 25, 2007 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center.

She was preceded in death by parents, John Floyd and Miinie Mai Ingram Joines; husband, Goldie Davis; children, Edwina and Steve Davis; and sister, Lucille Watson. Survivors include: Betty Shrum (Connie Whited) of Lebanon, Vickie Davis (Jeff Goodman) of Lebanon and James D. (Tammy) Davis of Watertown; sister, Sally Davenport of Woodbury; grandchildren, Oscar (Shelly) Shrum Jr., and Justin and Amber Davis; great-grandson, Brandon Taylor Shrum; and step-great-grandson, Darrin Hemontolor.

Pallbearers will be family and friends.

Jeffrey Wayne Heflin

Services for Mr. Heflin will be 2 p.m. Friday, Sept. 28 at Sellars Funeral Home with Bro. Bill Fowler officiating. Interment will be in Cedar Grove Cemetery. Visitation will be 1-8 p.m. Thursday and 11 a.m. until the service Friday at the funeral home.

Mr. Heflin, 47, of Lebanon, died Tuesday, Sept. 25, 2007.

He was preceded in death by father, James Melvin Heflin; and grandparents, Eph and Lucille McIntyre Heflin and Buford and Gladys Felure Jones. Survivors include: loving companion and childhood sweetheart, Debbie Pedigo; daughter, Chelsea Heflin of Lebanon; mother, Lorene (Tommy) Gray of Lebanon; sisters, Cindy (Jerry) Apple of Castalian Springs and Celia (Timmy) Gulley of Lebanon; step-brothers, Ricky Gray of Murfreesboro, Donald (Tammy) Gray of Lebanon and Ronald (Donna) Gray of Oak Ridge; aunts, Betty Jo Denney and Peggy (Jack) Goodall; uncle, Marion
