Ann Marie Winters Acton
Services for Mrs. Acton will be 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 29 at Lebanon Cumberland Presbyterian Church.
Mrs. Acton, 41, of Lebanon, died Sunday, Sept. 23, 2007.
Survivors include: husband, John Acton; daughter, Brittney Goode; son, Alex Goode; father, Donald Winters; and sister, Ali Winters.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be made to the Ann Acton Fund c/o Jerusalem Cumberland Presbyterian Church, 7192 Mona Rd., Murfreesboro, 37129.
Crawford Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
Evelyn Graves Irwin
Services for Mrs. Irwin will be 10 a.m. Wednesday, Sept. 26 at Ligon & Bobo Funeral Home with the Revs. Barry Ellis and Donald Owens officiating. Interment will be in Hermitage Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be 4-8 p.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Irwin, 91, of Lebanon, died Sunday, Sept. 23, 2007 at her residence. She was the daughter of the late Robert Ernest and Martha Margaret Wilson Graves. She was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church and retired from the Tennessee Department of Transportation where she was a draftsmen drawing state maps. She was a charter member of the Twin States Iris Society.
She was preceded in death by parents; husband, Lee Ander Irwin; step-children, Louise Thompson and Rachel Graves; grandson, Randy Richers; brothers, Robert, Frank and Jack Graves; and sister, Ethel Rawls. Survivors include: children, Melcin D. (Cecille) Irwin of Gilbertsville, Ky. and Martha Jean (Ronnie) Richer of Sun City, Fla.; step-children, Doug (Jean) Irwin of Orlando, Fla. and Doris (Frank) Thompson of San Jose, Calif.; brother, Roy (Dee) Graves of Hendersonville; grandsons, Troy (Donna) Irwin of Nashville, James (Holli) Finney of Whitehouse and Mark Richer of Georgia; granddaughters, Susan and Sherry Richer of Springfield; and great-grandchildren, Felecia, Elizabeth and Hunter Chase Irwin.
