Lendsay Marie Carlson
Services for Mrs. Carlson will be 11:30 a.m. Saturday, June 23 at Hermitage Funeral Home with a reception to follow at 5585 Central Pike, Mt. Juliet. Visitation will be 10:30 a.m. until the service Saturday at the funeral home.
Mrs. Carlson, 54, of Mt. Juliet, died Wednesday, June 20, 2007.
She was preceded in death by mother, Thelma Milkowski. Survivors include husband, Robert Porter; daughters, Kimothy Meadows and Tammy (Marc) Murray; son, Ronald (Danielle) Meadows; father, Stanley Milkowski; sisters, Diane and Terria Meadows; and brother, Howard (Lucky) Meadows.
