Mary Helen Bradshaw
Funeral services for Mrs. Bradshaw are scheduled for 3 p.m. Saturday, Nov. 3, 2012, at Ligon & Bobo Funeral Home with Pastor Jon Akin officiating. Interment will follow at Cedar Grove Cemetery. Visitation Friday 3-8 p.m. and Saturday after 2 p.m. at Ligon & Bobo.
Mrs. Bradshaw, 89, of Lebanon, passed away Thursday, Nov. 1, 2012, at Quality Care.
Born Oct. 5, 1923, in Wilson County, she was the daughter of the late Carney and Martha Eagan Myers. She was a devoted and loving wife, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Robert Bradshaw in 2001. They shared 61 years of marriage and a life filled with children and grandchildren. She was a member of Fairview Church, the Friendship Sunday School Class, and was a homemaker. She had lived at Pavilion Health Care for the past seven months.
She is survived by son, Jerry (Joyce) Bradshaw of Donelson; daughters, Gayle (Wayne) Hancock of Smyrna, Debbie Dunn of Lebanon and Tammy (Johnny) Green of Primm Springs; seven grandchildren, Teresa Cothron, Misty (Keith) Huffine, Wayne (Traci) Hancock, Chad Crawford, Brad Crawford, Josh (Denise) Green and Chassity Dunn; seven great-grandchildren; and sister, Elizabeth Williams.
Friends will serve as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearers will be Friendship Sunday School Clas of Fairview Church.
Ruby Ray Caplenor
Funeral services for Mrs. Caplenor are scheduled for 2 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 4, 2012, at Ligon & Bobo Funeral Home with Bro. Michael Grooms officiating. Interment will follow at Wilson County Memorial Gardens. Visitation Sunday after 12:30 p.m. at Ligon & Bobo.
Mrs. Caplenor, 92, of Lebanon, passed away Thursday, November 1, 2012, at Southern Manor Assisted Living.
Born Dec. 10, 1919, in Wilson County, she was the daughter of the late Rhea F. and Helen Marler McDaniel. She is now reunited with her husband of 50 years, Ray Edwin Caplenor, who left this world 21 years ago. The world lost a wonderful woman. God used Ruby Ray to bless hundreds of people. She was the assistant to Dr. Sam McFarland for many years. She was a member of Highland Heights Church of Christ for over 60 years. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a brother, Billy McDaniel.
She was a loving “Ba” and “G-ba”, friend and wonderful Christian example for all those around her. She loved cooking and feeding those who visited, who were sick, or who had lost loved ones. She loved sewing and knitting in younger years. She will be remembered and missed by many as she gave love and was loved.
She is survived by two sons, Jeff (Suzanne) Caplenor of Signal Mountain and Jere (Karen) Caplenor of Lebanon; four grandchildren, Amy (Todd) Liscomb of Birmingham, Ala., Molly Rhea Caplenor of Atlanta, Ga., Benjamin (Lea) Caplenor and Nicklus (Dorothy) Caplenor, all of Chattanooga; six great-grandchildren, Anniston, Katy Grace and William Jefferson (Bo) Liscomb of Birmingham, Regan and Reed Caplenor and Samuel Henry Caplenor, all of Chattanooga; sister, Barbara Gilbert of Lebanon; brother, Don (Barbara) McDaniel of Murfreesboro; and many nieces and nephews.
Family wishes to express thanks to all the wonderful staff at Southern Manor Assisted Living and Odyssey Health Care for insuring her last years were pleasant ones. Also thanks to Mary Qualls who was a special friend.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that contributions be made to the Ronald McDonald House or Southern Manor Assisted Living.

Interment will follow at Wilson County Memorial Gardens. Visitation Saturday 4-8 p.m. at Ligon & Bobo Funeral Home and Sunday after 1 p.m. at the church.
Mr. Gregory, 68, of Lebanon, passed away Thursday, Nov. 1, 2012, at his home.
Born June 19, 1944, in Michigan, he was the son of the late Samuel and Gladys Kelley Gregory. He served in the United States Army and was a sales representative for Colonial Bakeries and Meyers Bakeries. After retirement, he went to work at Dillon Cabinet Shop. He was a member of Immanuel Baptist Church.
He is survived by his wife Betty Dillon Gregory; four daughters, Monta (Norman) Morgan of Fort Worth, Texas, Rebecca (Brian) Welch of Smithfield, Ky., Patricia (Richard) Janeway of Crossville and Phyllis (Jason) Hobbs of Lebanon; brothers, Ronnie (Marcie) Gregory of San Angelo, Texas; eight grandchildren, Troy and Kim Morgan, Jonathan and Dyllan Janeway, Nathan and Jessica Welch, Ashley and Samantha Hobbs; great-grandson, Max Morgan.
Honorary pallbearers: Joe Ferrell, Butch Allen, Terry Hobbs, Tony Kelley, Ernest Kelley, Clint Matthews, James Ray Gregory, and Terry Ashe.
Active pallbearers: Norman Morgan, Brian Welch, Richard Janeway, Jason Hobbs, Richard Dillon, Danny Dillon, and Bobby Byrd.
Memorials may be made to Sherry’s Run.

Mrs. Roller died Thursday, Nov. 1, 2012 at Quality Care.
Private ceremony for Mrs. Roller will be Monday with graveside services at 1:30 p.m. at Wilson County Memorial Park.
