SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S SALE
WHEREAS, default having been made in the payment of the debts and obligations secured to be paid by that certain Deed of Trust executed on April 8, 2005, by Lillian Harriett Taylor and Michael DeWayne Farmer to Wesley D. Turner, Trustee, as same appears of record in the Register's Office of Wilson County, Tennessee, under Book No. 1115, Page 2248, ("Deed of Trust"); and

BID - 2010-08 - FOOTBALL FIELD RELIGHTING
MANDATORY PRE-BID MEETING: FRIDAY, JANUARY 15, 2010 AT 10:00A.M. AT THE WILSON COUNTY BOARD OF EDUCATION - 351 STUMPY LANE, LEBANON, TN 37090. BIDS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED FROM CONTRACTORS NOT IN ATTENDANCE AT THE PRE-BID MEETING.
DEADLINE FOR SEALED BIDS: Wednesday, February 10, 2010, 10:00 A.M. Sealed bids for the construction of the Lebanon High School Football Field Relighting will be opened and read aloud before interested parties on the date and at the time indicated above or shortly thereafter at the Wilson County Board of Education, 351 Stumpy Lane, Lebanon, TN 37090. Bids will not be accepted from contractors not in attendance at the Pre-Bid Meeting.
Prospective bidders may pick up a complete CD containing documents and specifications from the Wilson Board of Education, 351 Stumpy Lane, Lebanon, TN during regular business hours beginning on Monday, January 4, 2010, upon delivery of a deposit check or cash in the amount of $250 per CD, made payable to Engineering Services Group, Inc. This deposit will be returned to contractors submitting a bonafide Bid, except the apparent low bidder, upon return of the CD in good condition within ten (10) days after the date of the Bid opening. The apparent low bidder's deposit will be retained for payment of the cost of bidding documents and will not be returned. A non-refundable deposit of $50, check or cash, will also be required for production fees when the CD is picked up, made payable to Engineering Services Group, Inc. Wilson Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to accept any portion of any bid, or to accept other than the bid with the lowest cost meeting specifications.

Notice is hereby given that an application for a beer permit has been applied for by Fahim Eryan DBA Sparta Pike Wine and Spirits at 1318 Sparta Pike, Lebanon, Tennessee for a license to sell packaged beer under the provisions of Chapter 69 of the Tennessee Public Acts of 1933 and the amendments thereto.
