LifeFlight called to head-on collision

A head-on collision on Maddox Simpson Parkway left two injured and required the jaws of life to remove one driver from his car.
The male driver of a white Chevrolet Silverado was transported via LifeFlight to Vanderbilt University Medical Center, while a female driver of a red Chevrolet Tahoe was transported on the ground to University Medical Center.
Lebanon police said the wreck happened around 10:45 a.m. Wednesday morning in front of the Lebanon Gas Department.
Lebanon police, Lebanon fire and Wilson Emergency Management were all on the scene.
