Lebanon police said a man died Friday afternoon following a crash near 236 Carver Lane.

Police were dispatched around 3:20 p.m. to a call related to an injury crash involving a single vehicle.

The vehicle was a 2009 white Ford F-150.

Police said the driver was a 52-year-old white male from Lebanon. The man had apparently suffered a medical condition that caused him to run off the right side of the road and strike a chain-link fence before coming to a stop.

The driver was pronounced dead at University Medical Center.

As of press time, police did not release the man’s identity.
