Devilettes lose to Brentwood

Lebanon's Devilettes were eliminated from the MTSCA tournament Saturday, going down to Brentwood 5-1. Megan Maynard tossed a complete game while taking the loss.
Lacey Doak and Missy Roberts had the only hits for Lebanon, and Roberts drove in the only run. Brentwood had five hits in the contest.
Prior to the loss to Brentwood, the Devilettes scored a 6-1 victory over Lincoln County. Monica Maynard knocked a hot and drove in a run, Kelsey Blackburn added a hit with a RBI and Roberts belted a homerun.
The Devilettes added a 5-0 shut out of Marshall County in which Lacey Doak had two homers and three RBI. Mallory Mason took the victory on the mound.
Doak, Roberts, Lauren Carr and Lauren Ludwickowski each had two hits in a 5-1 victory against Creekwood.
Lebanon moves to 10-4 on the season and 2-0 in District 7-AAA.
Action continues Tuesday as the Devilettes host Riverdale at 7 p.m.
