Freeze warning issued for Wilson County

The National Weather Service issued a freeze warning for Wilson County and much of Middle Tennessee early Monday morning.

The warning will remain in effect until 9 a.m. Temperatures should continue to be at or below freezing for at least a few hours. Widespread frost is expected to develop Monday morning.

A freeze warning means sub-freezing temperatures are imminent or highly likely.
