A U-haul truck will leave the Mt. Juliet real estate office Thursday at 5:30 p.m. to deliver supplies for immediate use for those affected by the flood.
“I spoke with our team leader in the Keller Williams Baton Rouge office, and they have the system in place to distribute items to those families who have lost their home and belongings. They are in desperate need of food, water, dish detergent, bleach, baby formula, garbage bags and feminine products and more to help with the immediate needs,” said Wendy Dyes, a real estate agent at Keller Williams Realty in Mt. Juliet.
“Our Mt Juliet Keller Williams office is collecting money and items [Wednesday] and Thursday and will be sending a U-Haul truck loaded with the supplies they need and hope to be some of the first responders. We know how the 2010 affected our city, and we want to pay it forward.”
