Wilson Central free safety Ray Coggins verbally committed to play football for Eastern Kentucky starting in 2017, it was announced on social media over the weekend. The rising Wildcat senior, 6-feet-0, 190 pounds, was offered by most of Eastern’s Ohio Valley Conference rivals, including Southeast Missouri and Austin Peay, according to Wildcats coach Brad Dedman. Coggins also plays running back and wide receiver on offense for Central.
