James Neuble, owner of Neuble Monument Funeral Home, hands a book to a Mid-Cumberland Head Start student Friday at the center.

The group received 240 books as a part of the Reading is Fundamental program.

Neuble, a former Mid-Cumberland Head Start student, read ‘The Cat in the Hat’ to a class and helped the students pick out books.
