Marvin Andre Bryant and Timothy Lorenzo Wade were scheduled to appear in Wilson County criminal court Monday. Judge Brody Kane granted a continuance for both suspects. They are both scheduled to appear again May 8.
Bryant, 20, and Wade, 25, were both charged with first-degree murder, premeditated first-degree murder and aggravated assault.
The continuance comes after a court date for Joseph Hendry, 21, was also recently rescheduled. Hendry is also accused in the incident, and his next hearing is scheduled for May 23.
Hendry was arrested in 2015 and has remained in Riverbend Maximum Security Facility. A jury trial for Hendry was previously scheduled for January, but it was delayed. In the weeks following the rescheduling, Lebanon police announced the arrests of the other three suspects.
A fourth suspect, Bailey Alexander Underwood, is scheduled to appear before Judge John Wootten on March 27. He is charged with accessory after the fact and tampering with evidence.
Patton died in January 2015 at Vanderbilt University Medical Center a few days after she received a single gunshot wound while sleeping during a drive-by shooting incident while at her grandmother’s home in Lebanon.
